Varia, High-Jump, and a bunch of fixes

Hey all, GBC Metroid development has been going smoothly. I've been working on a host of smaller things while I expand the map. Physics, controls and other small details have been tweaked.

Like this. Enemies now explode upon death. As mentioned in the title, two more upgrades are on their way as well. The Varia Suit, which cuts all damage taken in half and turns Samus... Pink? 

And the High-Jump Boots, which do exactly what it says on the tin.

The update should be coming out pretty soon.
